The personal touch is outstanding!!! Her personal knowledge of the area were critical, as is her history with the community. SHE went above and beyond to make my home look appealing to buyers. First offer less than two weeks after listing! Sold and closed quickly in a less than peek period for sales (IMHO). I was an out of state seller and am overjoyed that I never had to 'rush' to the home, she had it under control! It really could not have gone any better.....
